Climate Study: The Path to a Climate-Neutral Building Stock
We, G2Plus GmbH, have engaged with current developments in the discussions around climate neutrality in building management and are pleased to have collaborated with the Gegenbauer Group, fmsc – Consulting Engineers, and the University of Applied Sciences Berlin to develop a joint study. The survey results reveal diverse perspectives and strategies for achieving a climate-neutral building stock, addressing questions such as how the real estate industry is aligning with the German government’s CO₂ targets, which measures are being implemented, and how the path to climate-neutral buildings can be designed.
