Project manager energy efficiency

After successfully completing her business school in Poland, Ms. Kowalinska-Henkiel studied education with a focus on German at the University of Poznan. She completed her academic career with a Masters in Communication and Information Management. After several years as a foreign language correspondent at a subsidiary of Bundesdruckerei in Poland and working as an assistant to the management, she found her way back into the world of finance. She opened this up with various training courses in corporate accounting and controlling and expanded her knowledge and skills to become a financial specialist. Ms. Kowalinska-Henkiel has been supporting G2Plus in business financial planning processes since mid-2018. She is responsible for the commercial issues within G2Plus. These include reporting, invoicing and budgeting as well as operational controlling.

Mr. Ehorn began his professional career with practical training as a heating fitter. This enabled him to gain many years of experience both in plant construction and in the maintenance and operation of technical systems. Through his later studies as a business economist and further training as an energy manager, he looks at system efficiency from a technical and commercial point of view. Thus, Mr. Ehorn not only has an eye for energy efficiency potential, but also for cost savings for the customer. In addition to assessing system efficiency, he also focuses on the development of individual customer solutions. Frank Ehorn is also constantly undergoing further training, most recently as a quality manager and quality auditor according to DIN EN ISO 9000ff and DIN EN ISO 19011 at TÜV Nord. As a certified project manager, Mr Ehorn has been supporting the G2Plus team as the energy efficiency project manager since the beginning of 2020.

Lars Prophet began his professional career as a gas and water installer. After his training and basic military service, he worked as a heating engineer for a well-known system manufacturer in Berlin. After several years of professional experience, he successfully passed the state-certified technician exam in the field of heating, air conditioning and sanitary technology. He then works in project management in the HLS area at a certified specialist company for the installation of heat pumps and geothermal heating. As an additional qualification, Lars Prophet has knowledge of the drinking water hygiene regulations according to VDI / DVGW. Mr. Prophet has been supporting the G2Plus team as a project manager for energy plant construction in the area of implementation and operation since 2020.

Ms. Salomé Gautier was trained in “Engineering” at the Ecole Centrale in France and in “Clean Energy Engineering” at the University of British Columbia in Canada. There she discovered the enormous potential of the topic of energy efficiency in the real estate energy sector and set herself the goal of reducing the energy consumption of buildings with an intelligent and efficient use of energy. Ms. Gautier was able to gain her first practical experience handling ASHRAE energy audits in public buildings in Metro Vancouver. After moving to France, she then carried out energy analyzes and audits in accordance with DIN 16247 in office buildings, primarily in the Paris region. Ms. Gautier also supported customers with the implementation of BREEAM® In-Use and NF HQE™ certifications and thus got to know other aspects of sustainability in buildings and operational management. Among other things, she gained extensive knowledge in the areas of environmental quality of products and environmental policy in companies. Salome Gautier has been strengthening the team of project managers at G2Plus GmbH since the beginning of 2021.

Christian Laakmann started his professional life as a media designer and media specialist at a Hamburg digital printing company. He later switched to a photo book provider in Berlin, where he worked as a project manager in production and logistics. In addition to his professional activity, he began studying environmental technology/renewable energies at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences in 2014. He completed this with a Master of Science in Renewable Energies with a focus on climate-friendly building, solar thermal energy and electrical energy systems. Christian Laakmann has also been working professionally in engineering since 2016. As an energy consultant, he wrote neighborhood, urban development and energy concepts, prepared feasibility studies and worked on the master plan for the state capital Potsdam. He then expanded his field of activity into technical building equipment. As a project planning engineer, he worked on the energetic renovation of the heat generation system portfolio of a large housing construction company. Mr. Laakmann has been part of the G2Plus team as a project manager for energy efficiency since 2021.
